Great location with many shops around and a nearby convenience store. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. the best part was the big and deep bathtub, perfect for relaxation after a long day of work.

The check-in counter and the breakfast location were not in the same building as our room, making it inconvenient to walk with our luggage. on a rainy day, walking without any shelter was challenging.

Had a great new year's stay at a hotel with a wonderful hotspring tub in the room that helped me relax after a busy day travelling. The living room in the spacious suite provided the perfect spot for a cozy evening, and the delicious breakfast was a great start to each day. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and a rooftop garden nearby.

The bathroom was not properly separated from the hotspring tub, making it difficult to bathe and dip in the tub together with friends. There was also a bit of confusion with the check-in location which was not the same as the room.
